Refund policy

If your product is defective, please contact our customer service department by email at contact@natusmarrakechcanada.ca within ten (10) days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in the case of delivery errors. Exchanges for manufacturing defects are only possible within ten (10) days. In this case, we will send you the same product you ordered as a replacement.

If your order is lost during shipping or you receive damaged products, please contact us to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
